Serious Nature was founded in 2008. Our aim is to increase the awareness within the business community about the urgent environmental challenges that we face today. We also want to inspire businesses by showing them best case examples of companies that are in the forefront of sustainable business development. Some business owners and managers are finding new creative and profitable ways to reduce their ecological footprint.

We are running out of time and corporations need to understand the business implications as well as the moral implications of inaction. Our key focus is on the business community, simply because it makes perfect sense to actively address eco and climate issues from a growth and profitability perspective. Where many only see challenges others are identifying opportunities. Convention says that addressing environmental and social issues is associated with costs. We believe that responding to these challenges presents lucrative opportunities for all businesses.
